2009 FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT FITTINGS

2009 Football Equipment fittings have been scheduled for the following times and dates:

This will be the opportunity to receive your helmet, shoulder pads and football pants, as well as size for a jersey and request a number. Additional fittings, as needed, will not guarantee a requested number on the jersey. All information will be sent to the uniform manufacturer on July 9. The jerseys without number requests will be printed with random numbers.

These documents have now been posted in the "2009 Documents" section. You can access these documents by clicking on the "2009 Documents" link in the left margin. Your registration form MUST be accompanied by a signed Parent Code of Conduct form.

2009 FOOTBALL COACH AND CHEERLEADING ADVISOR APPLICATIONS

2009 Football Coach and Cheerleading Advisor Application forms can be submitted by filling out the online form. Please fill out an application if you want to be considered as a Head Coach/Advisor or an Assistant Coach/Advisor. All applications will go directly to the WCRA email, and be distributed to the Executive Board and Directors of Football and Cheer. Further information regarding coaching interviews and deadlines will be provided in the coming weeks.

NEW BUILDING / CONCESSION STAND PROGRESS

The WCRA is currently soliciting donations for our new Concession Stand facility. This building will house our new Concession Stand as well as fully operational bathroom facilities. At the present time, all inquiries can be directed to president@weepirates.com. Plans of the new building can be viewed by clicking the following link. We appreciate everyone who has already donated to the project, and also look for anyone willing to donate time and materials to see this project to completion. We will be getting an easier method of payment online in the near future. Again, direct all correspondence to president@weepirates.com.

The WCRA would also like to solicit any labor, materials, or additional help to make this project a reality. If anyone has the means to provide materials or has the opportunity to help with labor, please contact Dave King at fieldoperations@weepirates.com.

We will also be providing a link for monetary donations, after the first of the year, to help offset the costs in improving our facilities.
