The WCRA will hold its open board meetings on the third Tuesday of March, June, August, September, October and December starting at 6:00 pm. They will be held at the West Carrollton Civic Center's community room. Once the season gets started the meeting will be held at the field.

Welcome to the 2016-2017 Football and Cheer season! This
year we are going to start the year off with a bang!
Who is ready for a wonderful vacation?
Well here is the chance. This year we are going to raffle off
a great family vacation to Disney. This is a great opportunity for a family to
have a wonderful fun filled MAGICAL vacation. Tickets will sell for $10 each.
This will be an amazing opportunity for our families and organization. Each
football player and cheerleader will be issued 10 tickets valued at $100. All tickets and money need to be turned in by
This fundraiser will work just like the candy bar
fundraiser. You are responsible for selling the 10 tickets. No tickets can be
returned, so you may pay for them up front or turn the $100 in before or on

We have partnered with Enchanted Moments Travel to take care
of our winner’s magical Disney package. The package will include a 6 day 5
nights package at Disney World in Florida to include resort, tickets, and
dining. Package must be booked as soon as winner has their dates picked out.
The drawing for the trip will be during opening ceremony.

WCRA Will be holding their 1st Annual Put, Pass, Kick and Jump Cookout this year!
- It will be held at Harmon Field (home field). On June 24th from 6:00-9:00.
- The cost for kids will be $10 each which covers admission, contest and food. You will get a hot dog, a bag of chips and a drink. (wrist bands will be provided)
- The cost for adults or kids that do not want to participate in contest will be $5 each which covers admission and food. You will get a hot dog, a bag of chips and a drink. (wrist band will be provided)
- Each event will be broken down by age and the top three winners of each group will receive a trophy or ribbon.
- We have invited the Varsity Football players and Varsity Cheerleaders to judge the events.
